How many jobs would cover your plan?
Start with the plan fee. Add phone answering or advertising if you want to include them, and see separately what the full budget needs to cover.
Start with your business numbers
The job value, margin, and closing rate are editable examples. Use your own numbers. Ad spend starts at $0, and monthly leads stay blank until you enter an estimate.
How to read this calculation
We multiply average job value by your gross margin to calculate each job’s contribution before marketing. We divide the plan fee, and then the full budget, by that contribution and round up to whole jobs. Leads needed are calculated using your closing rate.
The monthly scenario appears only when you enter a lead estimate. It uses that estimate and your closing rate; these are scenarios, not promised results. Expected jobs can include decimals because they represent an average. Return subtracts marketing spend from projected gross profit; it is not your business’s net profit and does not include other overhead or taxes.
Use the same currency throughout, whether USD or CAD. We do not convert currencies or send or store your inputs. With $0 marketing spend, the ROI percentage is undefined.
Every business starts in a different place
